[Formula] 1000 g of ox penis (Bos taurus domesticus Gmelin), 15 g of wolfberries (Lycium barbarum, wolfberry), 50 g of cistanche (Cistanche deserticola, cistanche), 500 g of fatty hen meat, 6 g of Sichuan peppercorns (Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Sichuan pepper), 30 g of lard, 20 g of Shaoxing wine, 2 g of monosodium glutamate, 10 g of salt, 20 g of ginger.
[Preparation Method] First, soak the ox penis in hot water until it expands. Then, split it lengthwise into two pieces along the urethra, scrape and clean it thoroughly, and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes. Set aside for later use. Remove impurities from wolfberries. Clean cistanche deserticola thoroughly, moisten it with an appropriate amount of wine, steam for 2 hours, then remove, rinse clean, slice it, and set aside for later use. Add clean water to a casserole, place the ox penis in it, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, add ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, Shaoxing wine, and hen meat, bring to a vigorous boil, then transfer to low heat and simmer. [Formula] Ganoderma lucidum 10 g, Lycii Fructus 10 g, Cistanches Herba 6 g, penis of bull 100 g, penis of dog 10 g, hen meat 500 g, an appropriate amount of pepper, ginger, Shaoxing wine, monosodium glutamate, lard, and salt respectively.
[Preparation Method] Soak the ox penis in water until it swells, remove the outer skin thoroughly, split it into two pieces along the urethra, rinse with clean water, and then soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Stir-fry the dog penis with oiled sand until crisp, soak it in warm water for about 30 minutes, rinse it clean, and set aside. Place the ox penis and dog penis in a casserole, add clean water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, then add Sichuan peppercorns, ginger, Shaoxing wine, and hen meat. Bring to a boil again, then reduce the heat to a simmer. When they are 60% cooked, use a clean white cloth to filter out the Sichuan peppercorns and ginger from the soup. Place the casserole back on the heat, put cistanche deserticola, Chinese wolfberry, and dodder seed in a gauze bag and add it to the soup. Continue simmering until the ox penis and dog penis are tender and falling apart. Then, remove the ox penis and dog penis, cut the ox penis into 3-centimeter-long strips and the dog penis into 1-centimeter-long sections, and cut the chicken meat into pieces. Remove the gauze bag with herbs. Slice the ganoderma lucidum, place it in a bowl, add monosodium glutamate, salt, and lard, and it is ready to serve.

[Formula] 2 sheep Kidneys, 2 sheep penises (ram’s genitals), 12 grams of Cistanche deserticola, 10 grams of Lycium barbarum (wolfberries), 12 grams of Morinda officinalis, 15 grams of Dioscorea opposita (Chinese yam), 10 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa (prepared).
[Preparation Method] Slice the sheep Kidney after opening it up and removing the omentum and ducts. Clean the sheep penis thoroughly both inside and outside. Wrap the five ingredients including Cistanche deserticola in gauze. Place water in a pot and stew all the ingredients together. After it boils, reduce to a gentle heat.

Rinse them briefly, place them in a pot, and cook over low heat quickly to avoid prolonged boiling, which could inactivate the hormones. [Indications] Weakness of the waist and knees, limb fatigue, male impotence, female menstrual wellness, leukorrhea, uterine cold leading to infertility, and other signs of imbalance.
[Formula] Saussurea involucrata 3g, sliced mushrooms 50g, dried deer tendon 200g, chicken feet 200g, ham 25g, Shaoxing wine 10g, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of scallion whites, 5g of monosodium glutamate, appropriate amounts of salt and bone broth.
[Preparation Method] Wash the deer tendons with cold water, then soak them in boiling water. Change the water when it cools down and repeat this process multiple times. The deer tendons can be used after they have swelled (this takes about 2 days; if in a hurry, steaming can be used). Trim the swelled deer tendons to remove any unwanted sinews, cut them into finger-sized pieces, put them in a pot, add ginger, green onion whites, Shaoxing wine, and an appropriate amount of clear water, and simmer them thoroughly over fire. Then take them out, remove the ginger and green onion whites, and place the deer tendons in a bamboo steamer. Blanch the chicken feet in boiling water, remove the yellow skin, cut off the claw tips, break off the large bones, wash them, and then place them in the bamboo steamer. After rinsing the snow lotus flowers, wrap them in a gauze bag and place them in the bamboo steamer. Then place ham slices and mushroom slices on top, add bone broth, Shaoxing wine, ginger, and green onion whites, and steam in a steamer (for about 2 hours) until the deer tendons are tender and soft. Take out the steamer, drain the original broth, add monosodium glutamate and salt, stir well, and pour it into the bamboo steamer. Steam the deer tendons and chicken feet for another 30 minutes, take out the bamboo steamer, wipe it clean, and it is ready to be served.

[Preparation Method] Boil the ox penis in clean water over low heat for about 4 hours. Then, place it in clean water to cool. Remove the urinary tract debris and the surface tendons and skin. Process it into strips with a knife. Blanch it several times in clean water with cooking wine, green onions, and ginger. Let it cool and set aside. Place the hen and pork hock in a pot, add clean water, and boil to make soup. Clean the dried scallops of sand, add green onions, ginger, and chicken soup, and steam for 1 hour. Pound the chicken breast meat into a paste with a knife, remove the tendons and skin, add salt, green onion, and ginger water, and stir well for later use. Cut the carrots and green peppers into fine shreds, blanch them briefly, and let them dry for later use. Beat the eggs, add salt and water-starch, stir well, and spread into egg crepes in a hot pan. Cut the egg crepes into fine shreds. Take a casserole and place a bamboo steamer inside. Add the ox penis, hen, pork hock, dried scallops, green onions, ginger, and soup. Add a little salt and simmer over low heat for about 3 hours. Then, mix the three types of shreds evenly. Take the chicken paste and shape it into balls. Roll the balls over the three types of shreds so that they are fully coated. Place the coated balls on a plate and steam for 5 minutes. Place the cooked ox penis in another pot and set aside. Remove the green onions, ginger, hen, pork hock, and dried scallops. Add monosodium glutamate and sugar, thicken with water-starch, and pour into a serving dish.
