Drug Formulation

3 liang of raw Lu Dang (stir-fried with light ginger juice), 8 qian of soaked Wu Zhu Yu,tender cassia tips 1 liang 2 qian, perilla leaves 8 qian, bleached Atractylodes 2 liang 4 qian (stir-fried with aged hearth soil until nearly black but not charred), Galangal 1 liang 2 qian, Hangzhou white peony root 1 liang 6 qian, western amomum 8 qian, dried ginger 1 liang 6 qian (stir-fried until nearly black), cloves 6 qian, Xuan wood apple 1 liang 6 qian, processed Pinellia 1 liang 2 qian, processed Aconite root 3 liang,roasted licorice root 1 liang 2 qian.

Processing

Select high-quality, authentic medicinal ingredients and prepare them according to the prescribed weights. Separately, take 1 jin of stove-hearth soil, crush it, and boil it in 6 large bowls of river water for half an hour. Strain to remove the sediment. Then, take 6 liang of the second layer of camphor tree bark, add it to the decoction of stove-hearth soil, and simmer to extract the juice. Mix this with the powdered herbs to form pills the size of a paulownia seed. Dry them in an oven, store them in a porcelain jar, and ensure the jar remains airtight.

Instructions for Use

If vomiting is severe and no medicine can be retained, quickly use 7 dried lotus root nodes, decoct them in 1 bowl of water, and then use this decoction to swallow the pills.
