Drug Formulation

Chuanwu 1 liang, Caowu 1 liang, Fuzi (stir-fried with ginger juice) 1 liang, Danggui 1 liang, Turtle shell fragments 1 liang, Turtle shell (roasted with wine) 1 liang, Frankincense 5 qian, Myrrh 5 qian, Waomian 5 qian, Lingxian (stir-fried with wine) 2 liang,Qianghuo (fried with wine) 2 liang, Duhuo (fried with wine) 2 liang (Qianghuo, Duhuo, and Lingxian—these three ingredients are fried separately and ground into a fine powder), Fanmubie 4 liang (boiled thoroughly in water, hair and skin removed, then stir-fried with 4 liang of sesame oil until golden yellow).

Grind each of the above herbs into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and store.
