How To Make

Wash and chop the yellow-spotted conch, then place it in a clay pot with the longan flesh. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the conch and longan flesh are tender. Add the rock sugar and continue simmering until it is completely dissolved. Stir well to combine.

Efficacy

Tonifies qi, consolidates blood, and increases platelet count.
