[Functions] Tonify the Kidney, stop enuresis, and stabilize and astringe.
[Indications] Spermatorrhea, frequent urination, weakness of the waist and knees, and dizziness caused by Kidney deficiency.
[Formula] Semen Allii Tuberosi, Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Fructus Rubi, Fructus Lycii in equal parts.
[Preparation Method] Take equal parts of the above herbs, grind them together into a fine powder, sift it, refine honey to make pills, with each pill weighing 10 grams.
[Usage] Take 1 to 2 pills each time, three times a day, on an empty stomach, with warm boiled water.
2.Morinda and Cistanche Chicken Intestine Soup

[Preparation Method] Cut open the chicken intestines, clean both the inner and outer walls, then rub them with salt, rinse again, and cut into sections. Boil the three ingredients together in water, adding a small amount of salt and ginger. After boiling for 60 minutes, take the soup to drink and consume the intestines.
[Usage] One dose per day, taken consecutively for one week.

Cherokee Rose Fruit and Mantis Egg Case Congee

[Preparation Method] Clean Rosa laevigata Michx fruit and Mantis egg case of any dirt or debris, place them in an earthenware jar, add water, and decoct to extract the juice, then strain out the dregs. Rinse the japonica rice thoroughly, put it in an aluminum pot, add the decocted juice, and cook into a thin porridge.

10. Psoralea Fruit Stewed Lamb Bladder

12. Chestnut Kidney-Tonifying Recipe

Indications: Lumbago due to kidney deficiency, spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, frequent urination and other symptoms.
Ingredients: 250g raw chestnuts, 1 pork kidney, 250g japonica rice, 6g dried tangerine peel, 10 Sichuan pepper corns, 2g salt.
Preparation: Clean the pork kidney, peel off fascia, cut open lengthwise, remove the renal medulla, and dice into cubes around 0.8cm in size. Rinse japonica rice thoroughly, then put together with pork kidney, tangerine peel and Sichuan pepper into a pot. Add approximately 2500ml clean water, simmer slowly over medium heat to make congee. Remove tangerine peel after cooking and season with salt. Peel and eat more than 10 raw chestnuts each time, chew slowly and swallow all juices, then have a bowl of pork kidney congee.
Administration: Consume at will.
13. Sharpleaf Galangal Congee

Efficacy: Warm the spleen to relieve diarrhea, tonify the kidney, consolidate essence, reduce urination and stop enuresis.
Indications: Spleen cold-induced diarrhea, cold abdominal pain, spermatorrhea, impotence, premature ejaculation, frequent urination, excessive nocturia and other symptoms.
Ingredients: 5g sharpleaf galangal fruit, 50g glutinous rice.
Preparation: Grind sharpleaf galangal fruit into fine powder. Add 450ml water to glutinous rice in a clay pot and cook into thin congee. Stir in the galangal powder and a pinch of fine salt, simmer briefly until thickened then turn off heat.
Administration: Take warm every morning and evening during meals.
14. Wine-Stir-Fried Chicken Intestines

Indications: Spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, frequent urination and excessive nocturia caused by kidney qi deficiency.

Preparation: Split the chicken intestines and turn the inner lining outward. Rub with vinegar or salt to clean thoroughly, then cut into segments. Stir-fry in oil until nearly cooked, add 1 tablespoon rice wine/millet wine and a little salt before serving.
Administration: Eat at will.
15. Astragalus & Mantis Egg-Case Congee

Indications: Qi deficiency-induced spermatorrhea, enuresis, frequent urination and related symptoms.
Ingredients: 20g astragalus root, 20g dragon bone, 20g oyster shell, 10 mantis egg-cases, 60g japonica rice.
Preparation: Decoct astragalus, dragon bone and oyster shell with 500ml water down to 300ml liquid. Dry-fry mantis egg-cases then grind into powder. Cook japonica rice with the herbal decoction to make congee, mix in mantis egg-case powder and add proper white sugar.
Administration: Take once each morning and evening.
