How To Make
Sort the Polygonum multiflorum and Albizia bark to remove impurities, wash them thoroughly, and air-dry. Cut the Polygonum multiflorum into small pieces and chop the Albizia bark finely. Place them together in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer over medium heat twice, for 30 minutes each time. Combine the strained liquids from both decoctions, stir in the honey, and mix well.
