Drug Formulation
Black Pharbitis (half raw, half stir-fried) half liang, White Pharbitis (half raw, half stir-fried) half liang, Rhubarb (raw) half liang, Dried Tangerine Peel (white pith removed) half liang, Areca Nut half liang, Licorice (roasted) 3 qian, Borax 2 qian.

Processing
Except for the areca nut, which should not be over-roasted, the remaining five ingredients should be either sun-dried or roasted; then, combine them with the areca nut to form a powder, add the sodium sulfate, and pound them together in a mortar until evenly mixed.

Instructions for Use
Take half a qian to one qian per dose, dissolved in warm honey water, administered on an empty stomach or at any time. This formula is most effective when freshly prepared; its efficacy diminishes over time.
