Drug Formulation
5 liang of Angelica sinensis (sliced), 5 liang of Asarum, 5 liang of licorice (roasted), 3 liang of Cinnamomum cassia, 3 liang of Evodia, 3 liang of ginseng, 3 he of Sichuan pepper (sweated), 4 liang of tangerine peel, 4 liang of dried ginger, and 8 liang of white mulberry bark.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
Benefits
For a cold-induced cough that has not been completely resolved by taking a decoction of large dried jujubes, and which recurs upon exposure to cold; or for postpartum lung cold, manifesting as coughing, shortness of breath, difficulty swallowing, a hoarse voice, and nasal congestion.
Instructions for Use
Initially, take 10 pills twice daily; gradually increase to 30 pills, taken with a decoction of dried jujubes. After taking these pills for 3–5 days, you may feel feverish; after each dose, wait a while before consuming three or so mouthfuls of congee to settle the medicine.
Note
Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, raw scallions, and raw lettuce.
