Ophiopogon tuber (core removed) 5 liang, licorice (roasted) 5 liang, ginseng 4 liang, Sichuan pepper (roasted until sweating) 3 liang, polygala root (core removed, roasted) 3 liang, asarum root (stems removed) 3 liang, cinnamon bark 3 liang, dried ginger (roasted) 1 liang, aconite root (roasted) 1 liang.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
