Drug Formulation
2 liang of areca nut, 2 liang of black and white pharbitis, 1 liang of rhubarb, half a liang of Evodia, half a liang of wild pepper, half a liang of thunder seed, half a liang of crane louse, and 5 qian and a half of dried lacquer (smoke removed).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 4 liang of soapberry (Zao Jiao), remove the skin and strings, chop finely, soak in hot water, knead thoroughly, strain the concentrated liquid, and mix with flour to form pills the size of chestnuts or millet and beans.

Instructions for Use
Adjust the dosage according to the child’s age, taking 100–200 pills per dose. Take them with a decoction of green onion whites prepared at the fifth watch, followed by a jujube to settle the stomach. The next morning, the stool will reveal the root cause of the illness. For a 10-year-old, take 2–3 qian.
