Red peony root 2 liang, coix seed 2 liang, red adzuki beans 2 liang, angelica root (stem removed) 2 liang, heather leaves 2 liang, phaselus seeds 2 liang, ephedra (roots and nodes removed) 2 liang, aged tangerine peel (white pith removed) 2 liang, apricot kernels (skin, tip, and double kernels removed; stir-fried) 2 liang,2 liang of Areca nut peel (with seeds), 2 liang of Chuanxiong, 3 liang of Achyranthes root (stem removed), 3 liang of Acanthopanax bark, 4 liang of Smilax glabra, 4 liang of Du Huo (root removed), 4 liang of Eucommia bark (chopped and stir-fried), and 4 liang of Wood Apple.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with steamed buns soaked in wine to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 10–15 or 20 pills per dose, washed down with papaya soup. Take one dose upon waking, at noon, and before bedtime.
