Drug Formulation

5 liang of Sichuan Coptis, 3 liang of Sophora flavescens, 2 liang of raw Sichuan Coptis, 1 liang and 5 qian of round soapberry seeds, 1 liang and 5 qian of Angelica dahurica, 1 liang of polished peach kernels.

Processing

Grind each ingredient into a fine powder. Take a pig’s large intestine, wash it thoroughly, and fill it with the powder. Add equal parts wine and water, boil until soft, then pound and grind the mixture. Mix in 1 liang of Bai Cao Shuang and 3 liang of red rice mold, and pound together into pills.

Instructions for Use
