Drug Formulation

Fire hemp seeds, perilla seeds, pine nuts, apricot kernels (with skin, tips, and double kernels removed), and turnip seeds (if unavailable, substitute with sesame seeds)—all in equal parts.

Processing

Pound the ingredients until pulverized, mix them together, and grind them thoroughly into a paste according to the method; store in an airtight container.

Instructions for Use

Take a dose the size of a marble each time, dissolved in thick honey water; or, it is even better to consume it mixed into porridge, once daily. If constipation is severe, take it three times daily.

Note

Avoid roasted, fried, or pungent and heating foods.
