Jianling Decoction,(Cerebral Congestion) Frequent dizziness in the head and eyes; a sensation of mental fogginess; frequent forgetfulness; persistent pain; deafness or a sensation of pressure in the eyes; a sensation of rising qi in the stomach that obstructs the passage of food and drink; or qi rising from the lower jiao, causing hiccups; constant restlessness and agitation; intermittent heat in the chest; or a wandering spirit during sleep;or a swollen tongue and slurred speech; or a crooked mouth and eyes; or numbness and paralysis on one side of the body; or unsteady gait, with a frequent sensation of dizziness and the risk of falling; or a sensation of heaviness in the head and lightness in the feet, as if walking on cotton; the pulse is taut, hard, and long; or strong at the cun position and weak at the chi position; or several times stronger than a normal pulse, with no sign of relaxation.

Drug Formulation

1 liang raw Huai yam, 1 liang Huai achyranthes root, 8 qian raw hematite (finely ground), 6 qian raw dragon bone (finely ground), 6 qian raw oyster shell (finely ground), 6 qian raw Huai rehmannia root, 4 qian raw Hangzhou peony root, 4 qian biota seed.

Grind rust into a concentrated solution and use it to decoct the herbs.
