Drug Formulation

1 liang Chrysanthemum flowers, 1 liang Chuanxiong, 1 liang White Aconite, 1 liang Bupleurum, 1 liang Polygala (seed removed), 1 liang Notopterygium, 1 liang Angelica pubescens, 1 liang Blue Mustard seeds, 1 liang Epimedium (fried with butter),Gypsum 1 liang, Fangfeng 1 liang, Whole Scorpion 1 liang, Green Tangerine Peel 1 liang, Dried Tangerine Peel 1 liang, Jingjie 1 liang, Paper Mulberry Fruit 1 liang, Equisetum (knots removed) 1 liang, Licorice 1 liang, Scutellaria 1 liang, Atractylodes (soaked in rice water, then baked) 4 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with water-soaked steamed buns to form pills the size of a marble.

Benefits

For men and women with corneal opacities and films, itching, dryness, and photophobia; red veins and a bluish halo; internal and external cataracts with stasis; and wind-heat red eye.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose; chew thoroughly after meals and swallow with Schizonepeta Decoction or clear tea, 3 times daily.

Note

Avoid alcohol and wheat products.
