2 liang of Yu Yuliang Stone (calcined and quenched in vinegar 7 times), 1 liang of Dragon Bone, 1 liang of Ginseng, 1 liang of Cinnamon Bark, 1 liang of Red Ocher, 1 liang of Purple Quartz (ground), 1 liang of Prepared Rehmannia Root, 1 liang of Eucommia Bark (coarse bark removed, coarsely chopped), 1 liang of Mulberry Parasite, 1 liang of Dipsacus Root,Fragrant White Angelica 1 liang, Ligusticum 1 liang, Chinese Angelica (chopped, stir-fried) 1 liang, Polygala (core removed) 1 liang, Dendrobium (root removed, chopped, stir-fried) 1 liang, Poria (peeled) 1 liang, Donkey-hide Gelatin (stir-fried) 1 liang, Oyster Shell 1 liang, Schisandra 1 liang, Mugwort 1 liang.
