Drug Formulation
2 liang of cinnabar, 1 liang of Bletilla, 1 liang of white Polygonum, 1 liang of Akebia.

Processing
Chop each of the above three herbs into dice-sized pieces. Place them together with cinnabar in a porcelain or stone container and simmer with 4 liang of sesame oil until the herbs float like charcoal. Strain out the cinnabar and rinse thoroughly with well water; then wash off the oil with soapberry water;wrap the cinnabar in silk, dry it over low heat, grind it finely in a mortar, then add a few drops of the medicinal oil to form a paste, and store it in a Xinzhou sand box. Soak it in well water, changing the water every morning. When ready to take, scoop out one spoonful and roll it into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
Instructions for Use
Take 5 pills at a time, washed down on an empty stomach with the water used to soak the medicine.
