Benefits
For sudden illness, rigor mortis, severe pain in the chest, abdomen, or body without knowing the exact location of the pain; upon touching or pressing the area, the location of the pain becomes apparent; shortness of breath and inability to speak.
Instructions for Use
Apply the poultice to the painful area in a layer 2 cun thick. Place a hot iron filled with embers on top of the mugwort and apply heat until the heat penetrates thoroughly; if it cools, reapply heat.
