Drug Formulation
Wood Fragrance (raw) 2 qian 8 fen 4 li, Coptis (raw) 2 qian 8 fen 4 li, Atractylodes (roasted) 2 qian 8 fen 4 li, Poria 2 qian 8 fen 4 li, Croton Seed 14 grains (finely ground; remove oil and retain the powder).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly with the croton seed powder, and form into pills the size of mung beans using steamed bun paste.

For bloody or white diarrhea, where the stool feels as if it is about to pass but does not, with recurring abdominal pain and urgency.
Instructions for Use
For robust adults, take 13 pills per dose on an empty stomach with plain hot water; for the weak and frail, limit the dose to 7–8 pills; for children, adjust the dose according to age and physical condition.
Note
Administer just enough to induce a mild bowel movement; do not exceed the recommended dose.
