(Fish-Yan) 1 fish (weighing 1 jin; using 2 is also acceptable),

Processing

Use 1 jin of sesame oil per jin of fish; simmer the fish until it dries out, then remove the fish. Add 6 liang of orpiment and boil down to a paste.
