Processing
Melt the above into a thin cake, pierce a hole through the center, and tie a string through it. Fill half a jar with good rice vinegar, then suspend the lead cake inside the jar, keeping it about 1 cun above the vinegar.Seal the mouth of the jar tightly with rice paper and bamboo strips, then weigh it down with bricks or stones to prevent air from escaping. Store it in a shaded spot under the eaves. After several days, remove the lead cake; wipe off the white frost that has formed on its surface. For every 1 jin of lead, collect 2 liang of white frost—no more.

Instructions for Use
For dysphagia, take 5 fen per dose; for phlegm-fire cough, take 3 fen per dose. Hold it in the mouth and swallow it with warm water.
