How To Make

Wash the white ginseng, sun-dry or oven-dry it, grind it into a very fine powder, and set aside. Bring the soy milk to a boil in a pot, then stir in the white ginseng powder, mix well, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Efficacy

Usage

Take one dose in the morning and one in the evening.
