[Functions] Tonify the Kidney, strengthen the Spleen, and restrain urination.
[Indications] Frequent urination caused by qi deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney.
[Formula] Fried Rhizoma Dioscoreae 24 g, Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae 15 g, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis 9 g.
[Preparation Method] Decoct the three ingredients together to make a decoction, and take the decoction warm.
[Usage] Take one dose daily, on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.
2.Black-bone chicken stewed with yellow rice wine

[Functions] Nourish yin, reduce fever, and tonify the middle-jiao.
[Indications] Deafness, impotence, and frequent urination caused by Kidney deficiency.
[Formula] One male black-boned chicken, 1000 grams of yellow rice wine.
[Preparation Method] Slit open the chicken, remove the internal organs, place it in an aluminum pot, add yellow rice wine, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the meat is tender and ready to eat.
[Usage] Consume the meat and drink the soup once a day.
3.Honey Syzygium jambos Juice

[Functions] Nourish yin, moisten the intestines to facilitate defecation, and promote urination.
[Indications] Ejaculatory pain, and senile stranguria with five syndromes (dysuria due to different causes) and constipation, painful urination.
[Formula] 1 liter of jambolan juice, 0.3 liter of white honey, 1 liter of lotus root juice.
[Preparation Method] Boil grape juice, honey, and lotus root juice together in a pot, then reduce to a low heat and simmer until it has boiled three times.
