[Formula] 5 sparrows, 50 – 100 grams of fresh shrimp meat, 3 slices of ginger, a little salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, and white wine respectively.
[Preparation Method] Remove the feathers from the sparrows, open the chest to remove the internal organs, and wash them clean. Place the sparrows, shrimp, ginger slices, and seasonings into a stewing pot, fill with boiling water to about 80% full, cover, and place the pot into a larger pot of boiling water. Stew over water for about 3 hours, then finally add monosodium glutamate and white wine before serving.
[Usage] Consume the meat and drink the soup, once every 3 to 4 days.
2.Stir-fried Shrimp with Light Seasoning

[Indications] Impotence, premature ejaculation.
[Formula] 500 grams of freshwater shrimp meat, 2 egg whites, 9 grams of dry starch, 3 grams of salt, 60 grams of clear broth, and an appropriate amount of seasonings.
[Preparation Method] Wash the shrimp meat and drain off the water. First, mix it well, then add the egg white and stir until it evenly coats the shrimp meat. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry starch and mix well, ensuring the shrimp meat is wrapped and no water is visible, resembling a transparent film. Place a wok over high heat, lubricate it with oil, then add 500 grams of cooked lard oil and heat until it reaches about four-tenths hot. Pour in the battered shrimp meat and immediately use a flat spatula or chopsticks to stir until the shrimp are separated into individual pieces and turn white. Pour them into a strainer to drain off the oil. Place the wok back over high heat, add 10 grams of oil and heat it. Push in the shrimp meat, add yellow rice wine, light broth, and monosodium glutamate. When it boils, drizzle in a small amount of wet starch, then quickly stir with a hand spatula and flip the wok several times. Once most of the sauce has adhered to the shrimp meat, drizzle sesame oil along the edge of the wok, remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with ground white pepper.
[Usage] Consume it as a side dish with meals at will.
3.Dried Shrimps Congee

[Functions] Tonify the Kidney and strengthen yang, nourish essence and promote lactation.
[Indications] Cold pain in the lower abdomen, coldness of the external genitalia in women, decreased libido, and postpartum insufficient lactation caused by Kidney yang deficiency and insufficient Kidney essence.
[Formula] 30 grams of dried shrimps, 100 grams of japonica rice.
[Preparation Method] Take dried shrimps, soak them in warm water for half an hour. Then put them together with japonica rice into a casserole, add water up to 1000 milliliters, and cook into porridge until the rice grains bloom and the soup becomes thick.
[Usage] Take it warm in one dose every morning and evening.
4.Fried Sparrow

[Usage] Take it once a day for 5 to 7 consecutive days.
5.Sparrow Meat Congee

[Preparation Method] Remove the feathers, viscera, and claws from the sparrows, and cut them into pieces. Remove dirt and sand from the millet and wash it clean. Cook the millet with water to make porridge, then add the sparrow meat, green onions, ginger, and a little salt for seasoning. When the porridge is cooked and the meat is tender, it is ready to be served.

6.Sparrow Egg and Mutton Soup

[Preparation Method] Crack the sparrow eggs and pour them into a bowl. Slice the mutton. First, boil the broth, add chopped green onions, shredded ginger, and salt. Then, add the mutton slices followed by the sparrow meat, and cook until the meat is done.

7.Sparrow Medicine Porridge

[Formula] 5 sparrows, 30 – 45 grams of Semen Cuscutae (dodder seed), 10 – 15 grams of Fructus Rubi (palmleaf raspberry fruit), 20 – 30 grams of Fructus Lycii (Chinese wolfberry fruit), 100 grams of japonica rice, a small amount of refined salt, 2 stalks of green onion white, 3 slices of ginger.
[Preparation Method] First, put Cuscutae Semen, Rubi Fructus, and Lycii Fructus into a casserole together to decoct and obtain the medicinal juice, then remove the dregs. Next, remove the feathers and internal organs of the sparrows, wash them, and stir-fry them with wine. Then, cook them together with Japonica Rice and the medicinal juice in an appropriate amount of water to make porridge. When it is almost cooked, add refined salt, Scallion, and Ginger, and cook until it becomes thin porridge.
[Usage] This porridge is best consumed in winter. Take it warm for breakfast each day, with a course of supports lasting 3 to 5 days.

Wash the pork, chop it until it is half minced, then add the sparrow meat and chop together into a paste. Place it in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of bean starch, soy sauce, white sugar, salt, and yellow rice wine, mix well, shape into round cakes, and steam on top of rice until cooked, then serve.

[Preparation Method] First, remove the feathers, viscera, and intestines from the sparrows, then stir-fry them until cooked. Cook the sparrow meat in yellow rice wine for about 15 minutes, then add water and rice to make porridge. When the porridge is nearly done, add scallion whites and seasonings.
