Interesting! I’ve always been curious about TCM approaches to menstrual health. The sheep liver and leek combo sounds earthy – do you find the flavor strong, or does the cooking method mellow it out? Would love to try it, but I’m a bit wary of liver’s taste.
This sounds really helpful! I’ve been looking into natural ways to support my cycle and kidney health. The sheep liver with leek is interesting—do you think lamb liver works just as well?
Interesting recipes! I’ve always been curious about using food as medicine. The leek and sheep liver combo sounds surprisingly tasty. Has anyone here tried it? Would love to know if it really helps with menstrual issues.
多謝分享!呢個韭菜炒羊肝睇落好補腎,手腳冰凍嘅女仔應該好啱。不過想問下,如果唔食羊肝,可唔可以用其他代替?
Interesting recipe! I’ve always heard leek and liver are good for blood and kidney health, but never tried them together.
