[Formula] Ginseng (Ren Shen), Astragalus Root (Huang Qi), Fox Nut (Qian Shi), Wolfberry Fruit (Gou Qi) 5 grams each; White Atractylodes Rhizome (Bai Zhu), Poria (Fu Ling), Rehmannia Root (Shu Di), Cistanche (Rou Cong Rong), Cinnamon Bark (Rou Gui), White Peony Root (Bai Shao), Sharp-leaf Galangal Fruit (Yi Zhi Ren), Fairy Moss Root (Xian Mao), Alismatis Rhizome (Ze Xie), Sour Jujube Seed (Suan Zao Ren), Chinese Yam (Huai Shan Yao), Polygala Root (Yuan Zhi), Chinese Angelica Root (Dang Gui), Dodder Seed (Tu Si Zi), Achyranthes Root (Huai Niu Xi), Epimedium (Yin Yang Huo), Fresh Ginger (Sheng Jiang) 3 grams each; Venison 250 grams; an appropriate amount of Green Onion, Pepper Powder, and Salt.
[Preparation Method] First, remove the tendons and membranes from the venison, wash it, blanch it briefly in boiling water, then remove and cut it into pieces about one inch long. Crack the bones and set them aside. Place the aforementioned Chinese herbal medicines in a bag and tie it closed. Put the venison and deer bones into an aluminum pot, add the herb bag, an appropriate amount of water, green onions, ginger, ground pepper, and salt. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, skim off any foam, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 hours until the meat is tender and cooked through.
[Usage] It can be divided into portions and consumed with meat and soup.
3.Ginseng Deer Tail Decoction

[Indications] Kidney deficiency lumbar pain, impotence and spermatorrhea, dizziness and tinnitus, fatigue and lack of strength, etc.
[Formula] Ginseng (Ren Shen) 3 g, Dried Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi) 3 g, Deer Tail 1 piece, Hen 1, Lean Ham 50 g, Lean Pork 50 g, Dried Mushroom (soaked in water) 50 g, Bone Broth 1000 g, Shaoxing Wine 30 g, Salt 6 g, Sugar 3 g, Fresh Ginger (Sheng Jiang) 50 g, Scallion (Cong) 50 g, Secondary Broth 300 g.
[Preparation Method] Briefly scald the deer tail in boiling water, then remove and rinse off any impurities. Place it back into the boiling water and scald for another 10 minutes. After removal, pluck out the hair. If the hair is not completely removed, repeat the scalding process until it is. Heat a small amount of oil in a pot until it reaches eight-tenths of its maximum temperature, then add ginger and green onions. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add cooking wine. Add an appropriate amount of water, place the deer tail in the boiling water pot, and simmer for 10 minutes before removing it. Reheat the oil in the pot, stir-fry ginger and green onions again, and add cooking wine. Add tangerine peel and deer tail, and boil in the secondary broth for 10 minutes. Remove the ginger and green onions, then simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes before removing the deer tail. Slaughter and clean the hen, chop off its claws, remove its internal organs, and split it in half. Blanch it in boiling water until cooked, then remove and remove the large bones for later use. Cut the lean pork and ham into 3-centimeter cubes each. Briefly blanch the lean pork in boiling water, then remove, rinse, and place it in a basket along with the ham, mushrooms, and chicken for later use. Wash the ginseng (Panax ginseng), steam it until soft in a steamer, slice it thinly, and place it in the basket along with the tangerine peel. Then, cut the deer tail in half and place it on both sides of the chicken. Pour the bone broth into a pot, add white sugar, and bring to a boil over high heat. Then, pour it into the basket, cover it, and seal it with cotton paper. Steam it in a steamer for 1.5 hours, then remove and unseal it. When serving, add a small dish of salt.

6.Shuangbian Zhuangyang Decoction

[Formula] 10 grams each of Lycium barbarum (Gou Qi Zi), Cuscuta chinensis (Tu Si Zi), and dog penis, 6 grams of Cistanche deserticola (Rou Cong Rong), 100 grams each of bull penis and mutton, 50 grams of hen meat, and appropriate amounts of Zanthoxylum bungeanum (Hua Jiao), old ginger, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, pork, and salt.
[Preparation Method] First, soak the ox penis in water until it swells, remove the outer skin thoroughly, split it into two pieces along the urethra, wash it clean with water, and then soak it in ice water for 30 minutes. Fry the dog penis with oiled sand until crisp, soak it in warm water for about 30 minutes, and then rinse it clean. After washing the lamb meat, blanch it in boiling water to remove the blood, and then transfer it to cold water for rinsing and set aside. Place the ox penis, dog penis, and lamb meat in an aluminum pot, add water and bring to a boil, then skim off the foam. Add Sichuan peppercorns, aged ginger, cooking wine, and hen meat, bring to a boil again, and then simmer over low heat. When they are six-tenths cooked, use a clean white cloth to filter out the Sichuan peppercorns and aged ginger from the soup, and then place the pot back on the fire. Put cistanche deserticola, Chinese wolfberry, and dodder seed in a gauze bag and add it to the soup. Continue to simmer until the ox penis and dog penis are tender and crisp. Then, remove the ox penis, dog penis, and lamb meat. Cut the ox penis into 1-inch strips, the dog penis into 3-inch sections, slice the lamb meat, and dice the hen meat. Discard the gauze bag containing the herbs. Place these meats in a bowl, season with monosodium glutamate, salt, and lard, and it is ready to serve.
