[Preparation Method] Place the live golden coin turtle in a basin, pour boiling water over it and scald for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove it, make an incision from behind the head, remove the hard shell, chop off the head and claw tips, scrape off the yellow skin, and wash it clean with water. Chop the small turtles into two pieces and the large ones into four pieces. Boil the turtle meat thoroughly in boiling water, remove and wash it with warm water. Boil the lean pork thoroughly in boiling water, remove and wash it with warm water. Wash the radix adenophorae with warm
Soak the sliced ingredients in water and set aside. Take a large steaming basket, place the adenophora root at the bottom, then cover and press the soft-shelled turtle meat on top.
