Interesting formula! I’ve been looking into traditional herbal pastes for general wellness. The combination of ginseng with fresh rehmannia
Interesting formula! I’ve been reading about ginseng and rehmannia combinations for boosting energy and blood. The honey makes it sound like a tasty tonic, though extracting juice from 8kg of fresh rehmannia is hard work. Has anyone here tried making this paste at home? I wonder how it compares to modern supplements.
