1 areca nut (boiled and ground to a fine paste), half a liang of ginger juice, half a he of honey, and 2 he of glutinous rice.

Instructions for Use

Using one and a half large bowls of water, first cook the rice into porridge; just before it is done, add the areca nut juice and other ingredients, then continue cooking until fully cooked. Take the entire portion on an empty stomach.
