Processing
Grind the ingredients into a coarse powder; boil 10 jujubes to extract the pulp, then form it into pills the size of a Paulownia seed. Pierce a small hole in each pill with a needle and dry them in the sun.

Instructions for Use
Take 2 pills per dose: thread a needle through each pill, heat it until red-hot over a lamp flame, quickly drop it into sesame oil, remove it, and swallow it with cold radish juice, then lie down immediately.
