Drug Formulation

1 handful of scallion whites, 1 handful of stachyose, 5 he of burdock root (sliced), 3 he of fermented soybeans, and 3 he of coix seeds (pounded).

Instructions for Use

Boil the white parts of scallions, burdock root, and asafoetida in 4 sheng of water; reduce to 2.5 sheng of liquid, strain out the solids, add the crushed coix seeds, and cook into porridge. Consume on an empty stomach.
