Drug Formulation
Ginseng, Angelica sinensis (washed with wine), Astragalus (washed with salt water, stir-fried), Chinese yam, oyster shell (soaked in wine overnight, calcined), Cistanche, sweet goji berries (mixed with honey), prepared rehmannia root (washed with wine) 4 liang; Anemarrhena (hairs removed, washed with wine, lightly stir-fried) 2 liang;Decayed Turtle Plastron (soaked in wine overnight, roasted with butter) 2 liang, Achyranthes Root (washed with wine) 1.5 liang, Polygonum Multiflorum (broken) 1 liang 2 qian, Phellodendron Bark (stir-fried with wine) 6 qian.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a powder. Use 8 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala and 8 bowls of water; decoct until reduced to half. Strain out the residue, add more water, and decoct again. Strain thoroughly, combine the decoctions, and simmer until reduced to two bowls, forming a paste. Shape into pills the size of a Paulownia seed and coat them with finely ground cinnabar.

Instructions for Use
Take 70 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with salted water or wine, followed by a light meal.
