Drug Formulation

Lean mutton (with tendons and membranes removed, thinly sliced) 3 jin; aged tangerine peel 3 fen; small chili peppers 2 fen; scallions 10 stalks (first boil with water covering the meat by two fingers until all the water has evaporated; remove the aged tangerine peel and other ingredients, retaining only the meat, then dry over low heat); ginseng 2 liang (with root base removed); Shenqu 2 liang (roasted); roasted barley malt 2 liang.
