Drug Formulation

Half a liang of Acorus tatarinowii (hairs removed), 4 qian of licorice (roasted until yellow), 3 qian of ginseng (root base removed), 3 qian of red Poria (peeled), 3 qian of Angelica sinensis (soaked in wine), 1 fen of Pinellia ternata (roasted),Citrus Peel (white pith removed) 2 qian, Dried Chinese Yam 2 qian, Aster Root (root tip removed) 2 qian, Pinellia (washed in boiling water 7 times) 2 qian, Sichuan Lovage (unroasted) 2 qian, Schisandra Berry (stem removed) 2 qian, Asarum (shoots removed) 2 qian, Cypress Seed (lightly roasted) 2 qian,Goji berries 2 qian, sour jujube seeds (soaked, shelled, and roasted) 1.5 qian, Tongcao 1.5 qian, Ophiopogon tuber (core removed) 1.5 qian, Rubus fruit 1.5 qian.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose; boil in 1 large bowl of water with 1 spoonful of honey until reduced to 5 fen; strain out the residue; add a small amount of musk; boil again for 1–2 boils; let cool to a warm temperature and take as needed, regardless of the time of day.
