Cao Wu, Chuanxiong, Banxia, Tianhuafen, Xixin, Bohe, Jingjie, Hesouwu, Fangfeng, Qianghuo, Cangzhu, Red Adzuki Beans, Rosin, Gansong, Huoxiang, Late Silkworm Sand, Chrysanthemum, Bai Zhi, Licorice, Red Peony Root, and Manjingzi—each in equal parts.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from roasted wheat flour to form cakes, and coat them with red clay.
