Stone Oyster Shell (scraped and washed) 1 liang, Plantain Seed 1 liang, Asarum (stems and leaves removed) 1 liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Poria (black skin removed) 1 liang, Cypress Seed (roasted, ground separately) 1 liang, Fangfeng (branches removed) 1 liang, Mountain Yam 2 liang, Leonurus Seed 2 liang.

Processing

Except for the Bi Zi Ren, finely chop all the herbs, roast them until dry, grind into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and shape into pills the size of a tung tree seed using refined honey.

Instructions for Use

Take 20 pills each time, washed down with warm water after a meal; take another dose before bedtime. Gradually increase the dose to 30 pills.
