Drug Formulation
Atractylodes macrocephala 4 liang (stir-fried with rice water), Scutellaria baicalensis 3 liang, Coptis chinensis 1 liang (stir-fried with earth), Amomum villosum 2 liang 5 qian, Magnolia officinalis 3 liang (stir-fried), Mentha haplocalyx 2 liang,Poria cocos 3 liang, Paeonia lactiflora 3 liang (fried with wine), Aquilaria agallocha 2 liang, Citrus reticulata 2 liang, Glycyrrhiza 2 liang, Crataegus pinnatifida 4 liang, Carthamus tinctorius 1 liang, Vigna radiata 3 liang (fried), Bupleurum chinense 2 liang, Plantago seed 3 liang, Angelica sinensis 3 liang (dried with paper interleaved and ground separately, or sun-dried).

Instructions for Use
Adults (both men and women) should take 2 or 3 qian per dose; children aged 3–5 years should take 1 or 2 qian per dose; and infants should take 5–6 fen per dose. For all types of dysentery, dissolve the powder in plain boiling water; for watery diarrhea, dissolve it in ginger broth. The ingredients in this formula are mild; therefore, take frequent doses until recovery is achieved.
