Drug Formulation

5 liang of cinnabar (crushed to the size of mung beans), half a liang of frankincense, and 1 liang of powdered Tiannanxing.

Processing

First, coat the cinnabar with honey; then wrap it in 5 pieces of gold leaf. Use Aconite as the base and frankincense as coarse powder. Place a sheet of good-quality paper on top, wrap it securely, and seal it with wheat paste. Cover the top with bitter lettuce, secure the edges with another sheet of paper, and fill the space with wheat paste. Shape the mixture into an earthen box, seal the top and bottom with salt clay, and place five cheng of charcoal underneath. Burn until the fire is completely extinguished.then let it sit on the ground for one day to expel the fire toxins. Grind it into a fine powder, boil flour paste with natural ginger juice to form pills, and polish them in a silver box.
