Schizonepeta, Trichosanthes seed (shell removed), and processed mugwort, each in equal parts; soft gypsum (calcined), 1.5 qian.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. For every half liang, use 3 sheng of water and 50–70 orange leaf peels; place all together in an earthenware pot and simmer until fragrant and fully cooked. Then transfer the mixture to a narrow-mouthed wine flask and sit over its opening to inhale the steam. When the mixture is slightly warm, gently rinse the affected area with it; there is no specific time restriction for this treatment. The decoction can be used for two days.
