Drug Formulation

Rhubarb (roasted, coarsely chopped) 1 liang, Mirabilite 1 liang, Licorice (roasted) 1 liang, Dragon’s Teeth 1 liang, Trifoliate Orange Peel (pulp removed, roasted with wheat bran) 1 liang.

Instructions for Use

Administer half a qian per dose, boiled in half a zhan of water until reduced to 3 fen; strain and administer 1 fen while still warm, three times daily. It is also highly effective when taken by nursing mothers.
