5 qian of Eclipta prostrata, 4 qian of black mulberries, 3 qian of white Polygonum multiflorum, 6 qian of Cuscuta chinensis, 6 qian of Dipsacus asper, 4 qian of Rosa laevigata, 3 qian of Polygonum multiflorum, 4 qian of Eucommia ulmoides, 2 liang of blue vitriol salt, 6 qian of raw Rehmannia glutinosa, 6 qian of white Poria cocos, 4 qian of Biota orientalis seeds, 3 qian of Cnidium monnieri, 4 qian of Cistanche deserticola,6 qian of dodder cake, 5 qian of sweet goji berries, 4 qian of Sichuan续断, 6 qian of Sichuan牛膝, 2 liang of locust pods, 6 qian of polygala root, 4 qian of Sichuan石斛.

Processing

Take 20 bowls of black soybeans and 30 bowls of water. Simmer the herbs until the liquid is reduced to 20 bowls, then pour it into a clean container. Add the black soybeans and let them soak overnight until the beans have absorbed all the liquid. Remove the beans, air-dry them, steam them thoroughly in a willow-wood steamer, then air-dry them again. Next, decoct the herbal residue with 20 bowls of water until reduced to 15 bowls. Remove the residue, return the beans to the liquid, and let them soak overnight.wait until the beans have absorbed all the liquid again, remove them, and steam them thoroughly in the steamer once more. Ensure they are not exposed to fire or sunlight; air-dry them, then store in a new porcelain jar.

Instructions for Use

Take 4–5 qian per dose, washed down with freshly boiled water on an empty stomach in the early morning.
