Drug Formulation
5 pig hooves, 4 liang of raw white paulownia bark, 2 liang of gentian, half a liang of raw white mulberry root bark, 1 liang of snake shed skin, 1 liang of realgar (ground), 2 liang of raw green bamboo bark, 2 liang of raw cypress bark, 1 liang of dew-soaked bee hive, 3 fen of Sichuan pepper (remove the seeds and the joined parts; for those with openings, roast until they sweat),1 liang of hedgehog skin, 1 liang of aconite root, 20 apricot kernels (with skin and tips removed, double kernels), and 1 jin of pork fat.

Processing
Except for the realgar and lard, coarsely chop all the herbs and mix them with 1 sheng of vinegar; let stand overnight. First, heat the lard until it boils, then immediately add the herbs. Wait until the mulberry bark turns reddish-black, strain out the residue through a cotton cloth, and simmer again. Add the realgar and stir thoroughly with a willow whisk until evenly mixed, then transfer to a porcelain container.

Instructions for Use
Take a dose about the size of a jujube, mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach. Take another dose in the evening. Additionally, take a piece the size of a jujube pit, wrap it in cotton, and insert it into the anal area; change it twice daily until healed.
