Drug Formulation
10 pieces of lightly fermented soybean paste, 1 piece of croton seed (oil removed).

Processing
Grind the ingredients together until smooth as mud, then roll into pills the size of millet grains.
Benefits
For children aged 1–2 years who have a sallow, emaciated complexion, refuse food and drink, have an abdomen distended like a drum—or with visible blue veins—and are growing increasingly emaciated day by day.
Instructions for Use
Administer 10 pills at a time, taken with ginger decoction, regardless of the time of day. If the stool resembles fish jelly, the root of the disease is eradicated; immediately administer a spleen-tonifying formula. For cases of excess, first eliminate the pathogen and then tonify; for cases of deficiency, first tonify and then eliminate the pathogen.
