Drug Formulation
1 egg yolk (raw), 2 qian of genuine donkey-hide gelatin, 6 qian of raw turtle shell, 1 cup of children’s urine, and 3 qian of mussels.

Benefits
For warm diseases of the lower jiao accompanied by cold extremities and retching (commonly known as “heaving”), with a fine yet taut pulse.
Instructions for Use
Take 5 cups of water; first decoct the turtle shell and mussels until reduced to 2 cups, strain out the residue, add the donkey-hide gelatin, and melt it over heat. Add the egg yolk, stir until well blended, then pour in the child’s urine and take the entire mixture at once.
Note
The Xiao Dingfeng Zhu formula appears to be heavy and stagnating; it should not be used lightly unless the pulse and symptoms are accurately diagnosed.
