6 fen of ginseng, 6 fen of white atractylodes, 6 fen of magnolia bark (roasted), 6 fen of poria, 6 fen of licorice (roasted), and 2 fen of grated ginger.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 10 pills per dose, increasing to 15–20 pills; swallow with water; taking with wine is also acceptable.
Note
Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, peaches and plums, sparrow meat, strong vinegar, and raw or cold foods.
