Achyranthes root (baked dry) 1 fen, raw Rehmannia root (sliced) 1 fen, white bark of Lycium barbarum 1 fen, purslane (baked) 1 fen, salt (ground) 1 fen, pig’s-tooth soap pod (peeled and seeded) 1 fen, Agastache root half liang, steamed rice (sun-dried) 1 liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a powder, wrap it in flour, and roast it over charcoal until the smoke has completely dissipated. Remove it, take off the flour, and grind it into a fine powder.
