Half a liang of Wood Fragrance, half a liang of Zhi Ke (fried with wheat bran, pith removed), half a liang of Angelica sinensis (stems removed, washed, and dried), half a liang of Da Zhe Shi (calcined and quenched in vinegar an unspecified number of times until brittle; ground separately), half a liang of Cinnabar (ground and sifted), and 1 fen of Croton Seed Powder.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with a paste, and form into pills the size of millet grains.
