Asparagus Root, Oat Straw, Donkey-hide Gelatin, Turtle Gelatin, Raw Rehmannia, Prepared Rehmannia, White Peony Root, Poria, Scrophularia, Platycodon, Scutellaria, Atractylodes, Fritillaria, Apricot Kernels, Pine Nuts, Cypress Seeds, Walnut Meat, Cow’s Milk, Human Milk, Sugarcane Juice, Pear Juice, and White Honey.

Processing
First, simmer the two types of milk, the two juices, and honey together to form a paste; when it reaches the consistency where a drop of the mixture forms a bead, grind the apricot kernels, fritillary bulb, peach flesh, cypress seeds, and pine nuts into a paste. Then add the powdered form of the previous 12 ingredients and pound them together into pills.
