Drug Formulation
Honeysuckle 8 liang (decoct to yield 2 bowls of liquid), white alum 3 qian, cold water stone 3 qian, acorus 2 qian, trichosanthes root 3 qian, ophiopogon 5 qian.

Benefits
After drinking poisoned wine, the patient’s eyes roll upward, the body shivers with chills, and the patient becomes disoriented and unaware, appearing as if heavily intoxicated; though the mind remains lucid, speech is impossible.
Instructions for Use
Decoct again to yield 1 bowl, and administer it. After 1 shichen, the eyes will no longer roll upward, and the patient will be able to speak. Use half the remaining ingredients and decoct and administer as before; after two doses, the patient will recover and will certainly not die.
