Instructions for Use

Take 10 pills per dose, washed down with wine. Gradually increase the dose to 40 pills per day.

Note

For the first 100 days, strictly avoid raw and cold foods, slippery foods containing vinegar, pork, chicken, fish, garlic, raw vegetables, and cold meals; for those over 50, cold rice is also prohibited, even during the hottest months of summer.
